Here is a sample of the meals that I am eating this week on the Jamie Eason LiveFit Trainer. Of course things are always subject to change but this is a guide so that I won’t have to think too much about what to eat and remember to eat. Sometimes I get caught up in my work I forget to eat.
I’m in the building muscle phase so there is a lot more protein then I would normally eat as well as carbs. I have the same workout schedule as next week so depended whether I’m sick of these foods, I’ll probably switch it up a bit.
I’m a creature of habit so I like to K.I.S.S. (keep it simple silly)! Tuna & broccoli are things that I get really bored with and have to switch those up. The chili I made is REALLY good and HOT! I used the Mccormick Hot Chili Seasoning and boy it definitely is. I will keep this on the menu for next week for sure.
