It’s been three weeks since the beginning of Lent season. I started off Lent with giving up sugar. Surprisingly I have done really well and not indulge in any goodies, not even a piece of dark chocolate. I have a bar waiting for me to crack open in my cabinet.
I have decided to up it just a little, with me start a new workout program I have decided to give up flour also. Occasionally I will eat a few crackers or tortilla chips so I am cutting out those things for the remainder of Lent and probably longer.
Due to stress and other things over the past few months I have NOT be fully committed to my health and fitness and some of my clothes are starting to fit a little snug and its been a workout just to get some jeans on…
My body needs to be cleansed so this “7-day Kickstart Your Metabolism” is going to do my body some good! I’m sure it is going to be tough but if I have given up sweets for the past 3 weeks this should be a piece of cake…figuratively speaking!
