Body Revolution Weeks 3-4

Weeks 3 & 4 on Jillian Michaels Body Revolution is GREAT!! This was definitely a step UP! Weeks 1 & 2 were a great introduction to the program and I am loving the intensity of 3 & 4. As I mention in my video, I’m not a fan of her cardio workouts. They are not that intense and I need to be dripping with sweat after I am finished.

My advice is that you lift HEAVY weights. On the DVD they lift 8 or 10lbs at the most and I would suggest to go heavy and if you need to go down in weight in the middle then do so. Believe me I have done that in the middle of a set.

This will be the first 90 day program that has kept my attention and I KNOW I will finish this program. The variety with the weight workouts are a PLUS. If you aren’t doing this program, I must say that I highly recommend it. It’s great for all fitness levels. Some lady’s in the group are doing extra weeks if they feel they haven’t mastered a workout and that is a great idea. If your form is off or you don’t feel you have mastered some moves then this is a great thing to do.
